HTX Top Roofing was founded right here in Houston by Luis Martinez, a roofing professional with over a decade of hands-on experience in the industry. After years of working for larger contractors, Luis recognized a gap in the market — homeowners and business owners deserved a roofer who would treat their property like his own, communicate honestly, and stand behind every job with real accountability.
Luis started HTX Top Roofing with a simple promise: show up on time, do the work right the first time, and never leave a customer guessing. That commitment has driven every project since day one, from single-family roof replacements in Katy and Humble to commercial flat roof installations across the Greater Houston area.
Houston's climate is unforgiving — intense summer heat, heavy rainfall, and hurricane-season storms put roofs under constant stress. Luis and his team understand these conditions better than anyone because they live and work here too. That local knowledge shapes every material recommendation, installation technique, and repair decision HTX Top Roofing makes.
